How can I make sure you sell quality products?

We use the highest standards available for both our clothes and the printing.
All our clothes are made of organic coton and are certified by the highest standards (GOTS, OCS 100, OCS Blended, OEKO TEX®, REACH). Our products are printed one by one, by hands, in France. We use Digital Printing (DTG) which is the the most environment friendly and lasting process. Our products are sustainable over time, even after many washes. Make sure you respect our care instructions.

How much is postage / shipping?

Our products are shipped from France. The shipping costs are 2,99€ for France, 7€ for Europe and 15€ for the rest of the world. We offer free shipping on all orders over 60€ in Europe!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All our products are printed on demand, one by one, by hands. Production usually takes 48h and we ship orders everyday. Delivery time depends on where you live. Expect about 10 working days if you live in Europe and up to 21 days if you don’t live in Europe.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay by bank transfer, credit card or using your Paypal account. We don’t accept cheques.

How can I make sure your store is secured?

We use PayPlug and PayPal for payments. Both methods automatically encrypt your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Single Pattern does not have access to your credit card information and do not store any sensitive data on its servers.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from Single Pattern?

NO, you don’t have to have a PayPal account. We also accept bank transfers and credit card payments. Although, you are free to use Paypal if you want (with or without account).

Do I receive a confirmation email after ordering?

Yes. Once your online transaction has been completed, your order will be confirmed by email (within 24 hours). Please check this, just to make sure all details are correct especially your address. If any details are wrong, drop us an email ASAP with ‘Urgent’ in subject line: support@singlepattern.com

What if there's a problem with my order?

Drop us an email to support@singlepattern.com with ‘Urgent’ in the subject line, as soon as possible and let us know what it is. We’ll do our best to help you.
