Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date you received the products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its former plastic cover. If your product has been worn or washed, the return will not be accepted.
Downloadable products such as, but not only, albums and audio files are non-returnable items.
To return a product, please send us an email to email@example.com including your order ID. Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior return agreement. Our team will then come back to you and give you the address the item(s) must be sent to.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are never refunded.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges of products are allowed only against the same model of different size. If you wish to exhange your product against a product of different model or different color, you will have to return the product that we will refund, and you will order the new product on Singlepattern.com.
Not happy with the size of your product? Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll exchange the product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we will pay the shipping to send you the new product in the framework of an exchange .
